Police IMMEDIATELY noticed that she was INTOXICATED however.

But get this, instead of ARRESTING Meagan . . . they pulled her car over to the side of the road . . . and allowed her to call for someone to come pick her up.

Jay and Kanye's new album WATCH THE THRONES leaked onto the INTERNETS!! Of course, everyone here are LAW ABIDING CITIZENS . . . so we DIDN'T review it.

The STREETS, however, downloaded the album hella quick though. And this is what THE STREETS are saying about the album.

First off, people are saying the album is, on a whole, UNDERWHELMING. In almost every verse, it seems like Kanye is TRYING TOO HARD to say something clever. And Jigga just comes off as WASHED UP - kickin the same ISH he been saying for the last 10 years.

The STREETS aren't saying the album is AWFUL, just that it is NOT GOOD - especially given that it is SUPPOSED to have the two best artists in the game.

Oh, the streets say that there is ONE POSSIBLE HIT on it, LIFT OFF, with Beyonce.

OutKast's Big Boi Arrested for Drug Possession!!!

OutKast's most prolific member, Big Boi, was arrested in Miami yesterday for possessing numerous drugs (including MDMA powder, which is an active ingredient in Ecstacy, Viagra, and Ecstacy pills themselves). Sources from the Miami-Dade Country Corrections Department stated that Big Boi was busted by customs officers and border patrol dogs as he was getting off of a cruise ship. Big Boi (whose real name is Antwan Patton) was charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. According to the Corrections Department, all four charges are felonies. After being taken to jail at approximately 1:35 PM, he posted $16,000 bond and was released.

Big Boi's attorney issued a statement on his behalf, saying "While Big Boi was traveling with his group and friends, a small amount of contraband was found in the collective luggage. I am confident that when the entire facts are aired Big Boi will be completely exonerated." So now the luggage has two sets of problems, I guess.

Chris Brown Releases Cover Art For Boy in Detention!!!

Chris Brown is ready to release his first hip hop mixtape Boy in Detention soon. The R&B singer-turned-rapper made the announcement, along with a disclaimer, via Twitter.

"New (chris brown) hop hop mixtape called 'Boy in Dentention' coming soon!'… I'm a singer so if this mixtape doesn't reach you quota for hip hop! Simply don't listen," he tweeted.

Brown recently released two new 9th Wonder-produced songs "Real Hip Hop Shit #3" and "Real Hip Hop Shit #4.

The platinum-selling R&B star gave a shoutout to the illustrator behind the cover art in a tweet, "MIXTAPE COVER ART done by wonderful @minakwon."
He also let fans know that the tape was a warm up for his upcoming fifth, Fortune.
“I love my fans so much!!!! Im excited for the mixtape and this killer album! I promise Fortune is better than FAME!”

Lil Kim Signs to Universal Music Group!!!

No more PayPal for Lil Kim. The Queen Bee has reportedly signed a deal with Universal Music Group recently.

According to Hip Hop DX, the stealth signing went down with no fanfare at all. Not even an official statement has been released. However, Kimmy Blanco's name has appeared on the company's roster.

This will be the first deal that Kim has struck since parting ways with Atlantic Records in 2008. The Brooklyn rapper released four albums including her classic debut, 1996's Hardcore, on the label.

Pharrell Launches New Record Label!!

Inspired by all of the underexposed raw talent on the Internet, Pharrell Williams decided to launch his new label imprint i am Other.

"They're not getting the recognition in the mainstream media, but in the digital world they dominate- the 16-, 17-, 18-year-old virtuosos all over the world coming out of nowhere and just taking stake in their position," said Pharrell. "The Others are multifaceted pro-active people who live outside the box and aren't confined by categories."

The label will be home to new artists Chris Cab and Maxine Ashley, reports Hip Hop DX. Tyler, The Creator, who considers Pharrell to be an idol, has already been rumored to be another signee, however, a spokesman for the Odd Future frontman has come out to dispute that claim.

Fantasia Announces She’s Pregnant!!

During a recent performance at a charity concert in Jacksonville, Florida, Fantasia Barrino made a huge announcement… that she is pregnant.

It was at the opening of the new Riverview Apartments where the American Idol star told the outdoor crowd: “For a while I walked around figuring out what will they say and what will they think about me.  But now I tell you, I don't live my life for folk.”

Following the statement, Fantasia began singing “Even Angels” from her album Back to Me.

No word yet on whether the father of her unborn child is on-again off-again boyfriend Antwan Cook. But the two were recently spotted vacationing together in Barbados, where the singer was sporting her then-rumored baby bump.

Rumors of a CHILL in the two's relationship began showing up last month - when Kanye West REFUSED to perform at a Brooklyn concert, designed to promote the duo's new album.

And last week, the pair performed at the same concert - but they DID NOT go on stage together.

According to our pals at the NY POST, Jigga and Yeezy's disagreement stems from their upcoming concert - where Jay wants to keep costs down, and Yeezy wants an EXPENSIVE over-the-top production.
