American Airlines Files for Bankruptcy...

In an article courtesy of Bossip.com, it seems that American Airlines has filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.

American Airlines, the nation’s third largest airline, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy this morning. The Texas-based AMR Corporation, the parent company of American Airlines and American Eagle, announced that the company and certain of its U.S.-based subsidiaries (including both carriers) today filed voluntary petitions for Chapter 11 reorganization in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, “in order to achieve a cost and debt structure that is industry competitive and thereby assure its long-term viability and ability to continue delivering a world-class travel experience for its customers.”

It says the move is in the best interest of both companies and its shareholders. American also said its CEO Gerard Arpey will step down. He’s being replaced by Thomas Horton, currently the company’s president. The Chapter 11 reorganization process would enable to airline to continue normal business operations.

And we all know that this won't be slowing down anyone's travel arrangements!!

Gloria and Matt Continue to Point The Finger..

So Gloria Govan claims that the reason she and Matt are no longer together is because of Eva Longoria.  BUT that's not what Matt is saying!  According to MediaTakeOut.com, the relationship was over before the taping of BBW LA!

In May, Gloria and I decided to separate and in the best interest of her career, I foolishly agreed to portray that we were still together for the upcoming season of her show on VH1.
As recently as August we decided to revisit a joint statement of our separation, but Gloria asked to delay making our separation public for the interest of her show. It is ironic now how Gloria is trying to manipulate the professional relationship between Eva Longoria and myself as the sole reason for our separation, when she knows we split up in May.
The reason I broke my silence and released the separation statement a month ago, was due to her on going affair with a former FRIEND of mine. Again, I wish her nothing but the best and I will continue to keep our children as my first priority.

Hmm, did you all peep the word FRIEND in there, or was it just us??  Gloria might be just as scandalous as Jackie claims...

Wyclef Jean's Charity Yele Comes Under Fire...

We all know how strongly Wyclef Jean feels about his native homeland Haiti as he has been at the forefront while asking for relief funds after its devastating earthquake.  HOWEVER, sources say that some of that money has been STOLEN by none other than Wyclef himself!  Read the article from MediaTakeOut.com and decide for yourself...

  Less than a third of the $16 million gathered in 2010 by hip-hop star Wyclef Jean for earthquake relief in Haiti actually made it to emergency efforts in the country, the New York Post reported

Sunday.
According to the exclusive report, Jean’s charity, Yele Haiti, doled out millions in questionable contracts -- in fact, $1 million was paid to a Florida firm that doesn’t seem to exist.
The Post also reported that a company called P&A Construction – which is run by Warnel Pierre, Jean’s brother-in-law -- received $353,983 from the group.

We most certainly hope this is just a nasty little rumor...

Say It Ain't So Jo!!



According to MediaTakeOut.com, reality star and aspiring rapper JoJo Simmons was KIDNAPPED while enjoying himelf at a strip club in Houston, TX!  Read for yourself:

JoJo was partying with a bunch of celebrity friends, including Quincy Combs and popular rapper Hazel E, at a popular HOUSTON strip club. All of his friends left the club at around 3 AM, but JoJo stayed - by HIMSELF. (Bad Move)

When JoJo attempted to leave, approximately an hour later, he was approached by a group of GOONS who took him into a back room and HELD HIM THERE AGAINST HIS WILL. The men claimed that JoJo OWED THEM MONEY, but its not clear WHY or HOW, since JoJo had NEVER met any of them.

JoJo was smart though, and he paid his HOOD TAX, (his chain??) and was allowed to leave. MediaTakeOut.com is told that JoJo was MANHANDLED, and was TOUCHED UP a little, but suffered no serious DAMAGE. We were also told that JoJo has no plans of "snitching" to the police.

At this point, we think it's safe to say that JoJo is in need of a little "attention".  We just hope it has nothing to do with his lil bro's recent rise to stardom...



Kim Wayans, Older and Beautiful...
